While we were shooting the "How it Works" video, this woman unexpectedly walked into Isa's salon. She had missed her touch-up appointment at another nearby salon and needed a quick fix to tide her over until she could reschedule. She was accustomed to having touch-ups every three weeks and just had a small amount of regrowth beginning to show.
